Get silly, get clothes and get 50€. Help me please!

My friend's ad-agency are looking for people to put in a Björn Borg clothes campane. It might sound silly but she really needs some help, so she turned to me, and i turn to you! ; )

Here's the description:

- - - - -

A little background:

Bjorn Borg was this phenomenal tennis player in the 70ties. He won 5 consecutive Wimbledons before retiring only 26 years old. Now he has this underwear company. It's a huge success in the northern parts of Europe. And with your help, maybe it will be the next thing in [Sunny California].

How we picture it:

If you choose to participate, just jump into those trunks and ask somebody to hold the camera. What we're looking for are picts where you show the underwear and at the same time tell us where you are (in front of [Golden Gate], [tree hugging in the Yosemite] and so on). You don't need to be nude or anything, be creative (just be sure we can see the underwear). When you have taken your photo you can just email it to me and we will return the €50 check. We would need to have the picts ASAP.

- - - - -

It's going to be used in Blogs on a site that's beeing made.

I think they've got swedes allready, but everyone else is more than welcome to contact me and i'll make it happen. They only need like four or five lil peeps, så be quick to send me a message. Tell me where you're from too, if you're from a capital or big city with a major landmark it's a big plus. And if it's a hot country it's a bigger plus.. for you since Sweden is allready way to cold to get silly in you underwear outside.

Let you friends know too.

Thanks sweet lil buddies!

Trip to Canada / Episode #1

First of all. KLM airlines suck! I skipped sleeping the night before our planned flight.. all for nothing. When we got out to the airport our flight was cancelled.. we had to stand in line for almost five hours just to find out what was wrong and to re-book our tickets. It sucked!!

We went to Amsterdam later that same night and got a free hotel, so that was a little comforting. Our plane did'nt leave until 3 the next day so we went out to a couple bars and a club. It was nice.. our cabdriver gave us the weirdest lession in obtaining certain (in holland)legal substances.. and that his home country rawked in providing such! We kindly declined his offer though!

The day after we finally got to go to Canada, having slept far to little the two previous days made us two tired and worn out travellers. On the plande we drank sick amounts of wine and must have passed out for a bit.. the ten hour trip to vancouver really felt like three hours! We have our little theory that the bermuda triangle has moved to the coast of Greenland and nicked a couple of hours from us. Yep, that must be it!

On the three hour busride from Vancouver to Whistler i was completley stunned with the sceenery.. Narrow winding roads next to sick mountainwalls and killer-whale-filled waters, trailorparks, several million $ houses, Indian theemed hotels and other weirdnesses. I wanted to fall asleep, but i was too afrain i'd miss something. Unfortionatly my camera died on me just before leaving Amsterdam. But i'll be visiting dani in Victoria, so i'll be sure to document it for you on the way down. Stunning scenery i say!!

When we arrived at our rented flat (which is super nice but really cheesy) we just dumped our stuff, went to the food and booze store and got what we needed, then met up with some of Jessicas old friends, really nice dudes. We went to some bar and then a club.. then the tiredness reminded me that it was still there. So i went home and slept..

Soo, i just got back from the first day of trying out Whistler, i'm sooo impressed. Not by my own riding though... i sucked today! Jessica rocked(eventhough she says she didn't). The mountains are HUGE, the parks are perfect and everything is super accessible. I still haven't grasped that i'm actually here yet.. maby tomorrow. The snow is a little soft and sticky.. you really have to floor it to make the landings.. which i discovered in a quite nasty way! He he. I'll do better tomorrow.. i promice! ; )

Check out the pictures i actually managed to take here

There, now you know! ..check back for more.

Treasure them trigs'n tags peeps!

Looks like i wasn't very careful about what i uploaded in my gallery. Heh.. Yesterday i found out i had used up almost all available space, i now had to remove almost 150 trigs.. he he. But what the hell.. i made room for even more fan frikki'n tasic pictures. This is really addictive, If i could pay 100 SEK för another 100 mb, i easily would!

There's been discoussions on wherther trigs should stay even if you delete the item it's connected to, which i personally think ruins everything surrouding the idea of directing popular and relevant content to each user. Theese communitys are all about content, user-activeness and what tools are provided (and offcourse amount of users --> resulting in amount of content). i mean.. should the "reward" or appriciation given to an object that doesen't exist remain? "Yay, this user has 20352 trigs, but only three images and one blogentry.. huh?" ..I don't think it should. Where's the "democracy" in that? I think new users should have a chance to "compete" with veteran-users in respect to popularity and exposure. If you write a spot-on blog, you'll be rewarded for it. Live in the present my fellow triggians. That's my standpoint! What's yours?

And also, be thoughtful with what you trig and tag(a tag is basicly a short description on what the object is).. when you trig an item or person tagged with for e.x "Hat", "Gold" & "Girl" many times enough. The system will figure out that you actually like "girl"s with "hat"s made out of "gold" and autimatically present you with content it figures you like. This may sound tecnical, but it really isn't that tricky to grasp once you get down and dirty with it.

Annywas, I'm really glad to have you all here! Thanks for making trig the best social-network and future startingpad and meeting-place for many individuals.. werther there into music, arts, motion garphics, programming, fashion, fast cars, fast girls, skateboarding, cooking, juggling, knifefighting, tapdancing, thumbrolling, lapdancing, truckracing, pie-eating, cowboying, sub-marining, illustrating, writing or just making new friends.

All the love.

Can't wait untill winter

This comming friday i'm going to get the snowboard gear i payed for last week. This is a really big thing for me. I used to ride every day there was snow a couple years ago. I was really fanatic about it.. hiking to the local little hill in Botkyrka where i grew up, building kickers with my friends, hiking long into the night and going home well tired, sleeping three hours until school or work. I loved it!

So, i'm a little bit older now. Might have to take it a little bit easier now (he he.. well, we'll see about that!) But i allready get those same feelings i got back then. And it feels frikki'n lovley!

Me and my friends have even booked newyears eve in Åre in Sweden. It'll probably be icy as hell, seeing that every snowflake blows away that time of year there.. but still.. one can always hope!

So.. When does this f****g snow come then!?!?

Second day of enjoying trig.com

I enjoy it, i really do! sliding around, looking at people, checking out galleries, reading blogs increasing my network of friends. I really feel that this has great potential.

Still, there is lots to do regarding design elements and stuff, but we’re well on our way. I thingk everyone did a hell of a good job. And i’m pleased to work with the lot of them. Now we need to put some real pressure on this site, to se how well it holds up. So put your finest pictures in the gallery, post your innermost thoughts in the blog, comment your ass off in the commentsection and trig whatever gives warmth to your heart!

Peace dudes and dudettes!
